Nft-qos static download/upload

Hi, I managed to install nft-qos recently on the following firmware version
OpenWrt 19.07.0-rc2 r10775-db8345d8e4 / LuCI openwrt-19.07 branch git-19.334.63023-039ef1f

I came accross an issue that the global limit rate isn't working as intended (static limit type).

Though if I specifically put in my local pc IP address, it does seem to work.

I need something to limit all connections bandwith except one. What am I doing wrong or is there an alternative to this?

The real time graph doesnt seem to be working either..

Sorry I don't quite get it. What am I supposed to do with that info? Do I update the nft-qos from his new commit?

Hi, in the Dynamic Section, the Download/Upload input box, mentioned should be Mbps, but in the nft list ruleset, does not correspond what it said, for example, if I put 100Mbps in the Upload/Download, nft list ruleset is 961 KBs, but if adjust to have the 100 Mbps, need to put 1300, who corresponds to 100 Mbs, or in the NFT list ruleset 12500 KBS
limit rate over 12500 kbytes/second drop
