Newer Tor and Privoxy versions

To all (developers),

I've build OpenWrt v21.02.2 for ZyXEL P2812HNU-F1 (over 10 years old) and it works fine!
Even have -latest- versions of Privoxy 3.0.33 and Tor 0.4.6.10 running within it.
By adjusting the Makefile of Privoxy and Tor before build to established this configuration.

I'm not that familiar with GitHub, but willing to learn.
How do I 'push' these adjustments to the regular builds?
