I got a openwrt device, it shows under /etc/config/wireless that it have one wifi-device
but where are two wifi-iface
and it can create two different wifi network. How it's possible with one adapter to have two different wifi AP?
you can add an additional wifi network in the same place where the current one is listed,
in Network-> Wireless.
I hope you mean SSIDs by AP, since there's only one adapter

Yes I mean SSIDs, so is it possible to have one physical device (wifi adapter) and have several SSIDs?
yes you can, unless there are driver limitations of some kind.
