New Kernel and Version

I see this page list the current kernel versions on OpenWRT:

Seems there is a much newer kernel available with master branch. My question is when does the Master become the current branch, and what will the new branch be called? Instead of OpenWrt 19.07.X does the new one become 21.X.X.X, or what is the naming of the project?

Is there a roadmap of when this is to be released?

21.02 branch has already been branched off master two months ago.
It will use 5.4

Master is already gradually changing to 5.10
