[New Device Support Request] Horus-9000 Router (MT7621 SoC)

Add support for a new device: Horus-9000 Router.
Here are the collected details:


Hardware Info

SoC: MediaTek MT7621 (dual-core MIPS)

RAM: 256 MB DDR3

Flash: 128 MB NAND

Bootloader: U-Boot 1.1.3 (Apr 14 2017)

Ethernet: 1x WAN, 4x LAN (all via eth0, internal switch)

Wireless:

phy0: 2.4 GHz

phy1: 5 GHz

Network Interfaces

eth0 -> switch main interface
wan@eth0 -> WAN port
lan1@eth0 -> LAN1
lan2@eth0 -> LAN2
lan3@eth0 -> LAN3
lan4@eth0 -> LAN4
br-lan -> bridge for LAN + WiFi
phy0-ap0 -> 2.4 GHz WiFi
phy1-ap0 -> 5 GHz WiFi


Notes

The switch is integrated (handled under eth0 sub-interfaces).

Some tools (swconfig, ethtool, bridge) are not present in stock firmware.

LEDs: WAN + LAN ports + WiFi indicators (working in stock firmware).

Images of the device (board + case + label) can be provided if required.
