Trying to configure a dual network.
Hardware: Modem: Netgear CM1200 - 192.168.100.1 - (V3.12.03) Router (MAIN): Asus RT-AX88U - 192.168.50.1 - (V3.0.0.4.388_24221) Route (SEC): LinkSys E8450 - 192.168.50.250 - (OpenWRT V23.05.5)
I need the two routers to be able to talk to each other. I want one as main network, another as a more secure network. Having trouble getting the two networks to see each other.
MAIN - Wireless devices and computers SEC - Two mini servers running Plex and the other containers running Bittorrent, jackett, solarr, etc.
SEC - Running AdGuardHome as upstream DNS (https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/services/dns/adguard-home) and AdGuardVPN_CLI (https://adguard-vpn.com/kb/adguard-vpn-for-linux/setting-up-on-a-router/openwrt/)
Following the VPN guide it is set to kill if VPN is down and deny all unencrypted traffic. Not sure if this is the main problem, or I cannot route correctly.
MAIN LAN - Forward DMZ to 192.168.50.250 (Cannot ping SEC)
Forward 192.168.200.0/24 to 192.168.50.250
Unencrypted traffic allowed
SEC LAN - 192.168.200.1, 255.255.255.0 (DNS, VPN all work as expected, just cannot connect to, but can ping MAIN) Plex - 192.168.200.100 Containers - 192.168.200.125
