Netis WF2881 /mt7621 - nand bad blocks - Uncompressing Kernel Image ... LZMA ERROR 1

I have a Netis WF2881 with a few bad blocks.
I am unable to flash and boot the software. in this example - 22.03.0-rc2
Is there any hope for this router to run standard builds?
