In the table of hardware there is an entry for a WN3000RPv1 and it says it is incompatible with latest firmware due to 4MB of flash. I have a Netgear WN3000RPv3 which according to all the specs I have looked at says it has 8MB flash. I am wondering if anyone has tried an install on the v3 model? Thx in advance for any advice.

so while you might get it working with limited functionality, you really should look for a replacement urgently.
Thanks for the info. It's already been replaced a good bit ago. I found it in my drawers of cables, adapters, and various other things. I tinker around a lot an I am not worried about bricking it. Sometimes it is just fun to see if you can make something work. Once I go for it I will document it and post again covering the success, kinda sorta works, or epic fail.
