No also not supported on 23.05 by offical OpenWRT builds, however there are unofficial builds which supports the use of NSS, those are dedicated "little cores" which offloads networking tasks so is equivalent to Hardware offloading.
But these are unofficial for a reason but might work for your use case.
See the Community forum and look for NSS, 23.05.5 works well but 24.10 switched to DSA which is not compatible with NSS but the unofficial 24.10 NSS build switched back from DSA to swconfig, I have seen users reporting good success with it.
