Netgear R7800 Edge Pads

Is there any information out there about the edge connector/pads on the Netgear R7800 between the USB ports and the serial connector.

You can see the pads I'm talking about on this image from the OpenWRT wiki. There's 10 pads near the center of the top edge of the image, and an additional 10 pads in the same place on the underside of the PCB (not shown in this image).

I'm hoping to find out any information I can about these pins, so I can see if I might be able to use them to mod some custom features into the router.

They are likely the JTAG port. (For low-level debug hardware testing)

That's what I was leaning towards, as the standard ARM JTAG pinout is 2x10. Has anyone played around with this? I'm wondering if the JTAG functionality is 'muxed with some other capability on the CPU, or if they are dedicated pins just for that, but it is hard to figure out things like that when the actual datasheets for these processors are hard to come by.
