Somewhat off-topic: Is this by chance also a 16-pin package? Your build doesn't seem to provide persistent storage (a rootfs_data jffs2 partition). @PolynomialDivision has been having issues with 16-pin macronix flash on the Nanobeam AC Gen 2. So if you have a working device, it might be useful if you could try to reproduce the issue he's been having.
