Netgear EAX12 doesn't split 5ghz radio for syncronous client and master. 2.4 frequent disconnections

I have a netgear eax12. On whihc i have installed travelmate.
iNet is provided from wifi tethered mobile
I also woudl like an AP/ on the same 5ghz radio however it seems only one can be on at a time.
In logs i receive beacon error

Am i right that the beacon broadcasts the SSID? Excuse me if that's a bit of a daft qu.

When using the 2.4ghz i would suffer frequent drop outs.

In addition when swapping wifi as wwan source(hotspot or wifi), kicks of clients that are on the same network and ssid disappears temporarily. This was noted on 2.4ghz radio.

A further issue i experienced when I'm connected to one radio, i am unable to scan that same radio. To scan either, i have to be connected to the other radio or through ethernet port Is this expected?

Are these problems normal for all modems/AP or is it a few like the eax12 that have limitations?

One of my issues was that the channel was the same for the ap(master) as the wWan(client) making them different allowed the AP to be broadcast. however. I am unable to connect to the AP other than very briefly before it disconnects... and get following in logs:
