The wiki states "The hardware is sometimes referenced with names such as DM200-100EUR, DM200-100AUS, DM200-100NAS, DM200-100EUS. They are normally all supported by OpenWrt. It is likely that each variant simply ships with a DSL firmware that is adapted to a particular region of the world.".

I have spoken with Netgear representatives that have confirmed that all of the variants are indeed the same, just with different DSL firmwares.

Can I go ahead and edit the page to reflect that?

Currently it is phrased as speculation, however I wish to change it to be phrased as a confirmed fact.
