Netgear DGN3500, no internet without WiFi

Hi, I installed Openwrt on the Netgear DGN3500 router and connected it to my main router via LAN. Wifi configured and works. If I disable WIFI and stay only with LAN, my Openwrt does not connect to the internet. I would like to disable wifi because I do not use it as a "bridge" but I do not have internet connection. I would always like to leave the Netgear in cascade with the main router always using the LAN and not the WAN (from which I would have a different IP and not the one assigned by the main router). Can you advise me on how to solve it? I attach screenshot network lights. Thanks in advance

wifi is disabled by default in openwrt, simply don't enable it.

not 100% sure what this means, but currently your LAN and "WWAN" subnets overlap, change one of them.

From what you have given us
it's hard to know what the outcome you want is

my best guess is you want this as a dumb device
I found when I set them up as dump access points
is to set up the LAN connection to DHCP client
this can be tricky to and keep access to the device while seting up
after setup it will be allocated an IP and DNS and Routing from your router

lookup setting the router as a Dump Access Point
I think this is the closes to what you want

The first thing I did, disable WIFI, but via LAN I have no internet, reason for my request here!

I just wanted to know how to have Internet through the Openwrt LAN connected to the LAN of my main router, with WIFI disabled. Now I must have WIFI active to have an internet connection. Then, if I disable WIFI, even if I don't have internet I can't enter Luci web to change settings, I have to reset Openwrt every time. I hope I was clear now.

if you had to disable it, you enabled it 1st, as I said, it's not on by default.
or you're not running any official openwrt build.

reset the device, change router's LAN IP from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.2.1, connect it to the existing LAN using the WAN port.

if you want everything on the same LAN, follow https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/network/wifi/wifiextenders/bridgedap after doing the reset.

the WAN on this device is ADSL not Ethernet
makes it more complicated
you would have to configure the switch and use a LAN port as WAN 1st

good catch, I didn't check the device specifics.

By Default, the LAN is set up with a static IP and as a Server "Master"
you want it as a Client "Slave"
you need to set up the LAN as a Dump Client

the bet way you can read up on the way to do this is to search Dump Access Point
and yes you can turn the Wi-Fi off, and it will be how you want it

what do you want this device to do ?
what is the final outcome ?

is it a plan old switch ?
do you want it to route off a different subnet "192.168.2.x" to the other 3 lan ports ?

Ok solved! I reset everything and after following the suggested guide [https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/network/wifi/wifiextenders/bridgedap] now my openwrt works with LAN and internet, wifi off. Thank you very much, you were very kind.
