Need to bypass OPENNDS splash page and be directly redirected to the router ip address

hello,
i want to make this:
if you connect to router's wifi you get directly redirected to LUCI interface (192.168.1.1) without getting the opennds splash page. i cannot find how to disable splash page or bypass it.
any ideas how to do it?
