help you with what? You said you had 2 wlans - the rest should be covered by networkchuck - just drink lots of coffee 
it looks like my raspberry pi 3 is using the wlan1 for wifi comming in and the wlan0 for pushing wifi out, is there a way i can swap them around so wlan1 (wifi extender) is not taking in the wifi
just use the appropriate wlan0 or wlan1 in the configs ... i.e if networkchuck uses wlan0 and that's your wlan1, use wlan1 not wlan0 etc - they're just names, wlan0/wlan1 have no special meaning
