Need help with uhttpd config

This is my uhttpd config:

But when i run uhttpd, i get error: no sockets bound unable to continue. Interestingly, if I enable the http listen for ipv6, it works.
Can someone tell me what's wrong?
I am on version 19.07.7

I tried resetting to the default config, and this works:

But now, as soon asi remove list listen_http 0.0.0.0:80, again i get the same error as above

As a workaround, try setting it to only listen to som obscure port on 127.0.0.1.

So this is a known bug?
btw it appears that I have to have a listen_http address, either ipv4 or ipv6 or i get the error.

Most likely a race condition. Leave the listening address to 0.0.0.0:7070 and use the firewall to allow access.
