I wanted to create the page:
to start putting documentation about the BananaPi RV2 board which have (red) links to pointing to it.
But I don’t have the rights to create it.
What should I do ?

Suggest you add the web recovery info to the device page, for now.
Do not use the inbox to create pages.
Just go to where you want to add the page and alter the web address to the one you want then click on the pencil+ icon in the right hand corner to create the page.
Hm, I can create that page, but the whole "Installation" namespace doesn't exist. I can't find a device page for that device either, @vincele which red links are you referring to?
Might be dependant on where you are, the OP mentioned sinovoip_banana_pi_bpi-rv2
So I just changed the address in:
https://openwrt.org/toh/hwdata/sinovoip/sinovoip_banana_pi_bpi-rv2/u-boot_web_recovery
Which is a non existing page and now I see the pencil+ :

And this is the hwdata page, not the device page. I would not create sub pages in hwdata, wouldn't it make more sense to create a general page detailing the U-Boot web recovery procedure as suggested by OP?
Edit: I had a look at other devices. These links are red for all that I checked, and also for all the other installation methods.

seems not, after all, I followed OP's URL, and couldn't create anything, it worked when I use your URL (I get a pen).

Yeah, of course: @egc suggested to remove "inbox" and I did that while you tried the inbox link. I can't create in inbox either.
didn't notice OP's URL had /inbox/ in it
even though the URL preview also contains the word inbox 
What I did:
searched for the HW in the ToH, clicked on the edit link, in the last column.
Then in the “Techdata: Sinovoip Banana Pi BPI-RV2“ page, at the end of the DataEntry, I saw the lines:
- Installation method(s): U-Boot web recovery
- Recovery method(s): U-Boot web recovery
And followed those red links, thinking I’d create the page and start to add any info I gather through my testing.
And reported that I could not create it, in the other post.
Now that I check again to write this summary, I can see another red link on that page:
- Package architecture: riscv64_riscv64
And if I follow this one, I get to a page with the pencil to create it.
That “/inbox/” is not mine, does the ToH entry contain bogus data ?
Looks like it’s coming from a selectable menu, not a text entry.
Does anybody knows how to change that selectable menu to point to a page without the “/inbox/” subdirectory ?
Yes, but only an admin has access to that (it's in the page template). And while it's possible to edit the resulting pages directly, it's highly discouraged. I would ignore that.
