Need help after flashing openwrt bin file

greetings,

My device is Xiaomi Miwifi 3c i flashed the image using the instructions provided at the device page. After installation device rebooted and now i am not able to see any wifi network. i am also not able to access device using 192.168.31.1 or 192.168.1.1. what can i do. can anyone help

WiFi is disabled by default.
Luci could be installed by default otherwise use ssh.
Default IP address is 192.168.1.1
