Can somebody advise me on recent mt76 or ath79 16/64 (ie slow) router with more than one gigabit ports and dual band wifi?
Why 64mb?
Working on minimal RAM images ?
32MB does not boot for some time afaik.
first thing that comes to mind is Netgear R6120 for 16/64 but those aren't gigabit ports =)
WR1043ND v2 , 8mb does not permit to insttall much, v4 v5 would be nice, but probably stoll work ok and are not sold off...
Edit ie something to upgrade lowest end testing lab

not sure how recent but it seems available on ebay (US so shipping to EU will cost more than device 
ok im fine.
Good recommendation... this was a pretty decent design for its time... mine still does duty as AP. In the past SQM topped out at around 70 Mbps aggregate over both up and downlink... (HTB+fq_codel, not sure what the limit was with cake as shaper)...
