I'd like to put OpenWRT on this, and a switch with APs. Thoughts?

I think OP is referring to the Alder Lake-N Intel i3-N305

My N5105 will happily SQM with layer_cake all day long at 1Gbit line speed with <30% CPU , so no worries.
