My router stopped working

My router stopped working when I restore it and now when I put the ip to enter does not load me and stays thinking I need help to reconfigure, I have no idea how to do it

What did you do when you restored it? Was this the reset to defaults feature? Did you renew your dhcp lease on your computer after you performed the reset or unplug and re-insert the Ethernet cable from your computer, or reboot the computer? I assume you are connecting by a wired connection (WiFi is disabled by default) -- if you're not, please try connecting by ethernet directly to your router. Did you get a valid IP address on your computer? What IP address did you enter into your browser? It should be 192.168.1.1.
