dnsmasq is capable of having multiple MAC addresses linked to a single IP address. This is useful for, say, computers where I will sometimes hook them up with ethernet or wi-fi, but never both. Is there anything in OpenWrt that exposes this capability?

Quick answer, use a space separated list. Works in LUCI too. It will then generate the correct dnsmasq config.
