MTR and UDP packets

I would like to know why when I use UDP instead of ICMP in mtr, my ping is higher and there are also more hosts in the path?

You'd have to ask the owners of the router indicated in the preceeding hop which causes you concern. Also, routers can be configured to prioritize and process ICMP and UDP differently.

The 30-40 percent loss on the first hop is alarming.

But could you tell me why, for example, in jump 5 there are several IPs, not just 1?

Yes.

Because the router in hop 4 has mutiple connections/paths to the routers listed in hop 5.
