Several [OpenWrt users have reported an issue](https://forum.openwrt.org/t/mt798…x-wmac-18000000-wifi-message-xxxxxxxx-seq-5-timeout/175163) with having `multicast_to_unicast_all` set on mt798x hardware. This happens to me on snapshot build r25580-85ad6b9569. Hoping others can chime in here with any other particulars that might help narrow this down further.
