Not sure what you exactly want to measure, but the d-link-dap-x1860, which is a mt7621 + mt7915 dbdc device works pretty well with master snapshots 
Getting ~ 300 Mbits/sec tx and rx with 802.11ax through two walls, when configured as repeater with relayd. Bi-directional iperf3 tests fall off a little, but still good enough for me.
