Thanks, I have tried delays up to 3 seconds, but my problem is the PCB layout
I am redrawing it, and will make a new prototype.

I have received now new prototipe, with better PCIe bus layout, same result.

Problem is hardware, same firmware work on iNet router. (With different uboot)

Cause can be:

  1. Uboot, some setting wrong.
  2. MT7515 require some programming or configuring, via debug or serial port.
  3. Some Boot Strapping wrong on MT7515 or MT7621
  4. Errors on scheme.

I've checked everything 100 times, but I can't find anything.

Two resistors were missing.
Now works.
