Hello people,
I currently have two flint 2 aps on the same floor pretty close to eachother on each side of my upper floor. (Long hallway). I have both connected to a upstream unmanaged ethernet switch up stream via wall etheneer into my down stairs floor.
Both aps are configure with dhcp server off and wan interfaces sent to un managed. The bridhe for the lan is a dhcp client and can reiceve ips. However, when connecting (list)

In this manner and upon turning on ap2s ssid/radio it stalling on config then boots again with the configuration reversed/radio off.
Am i being stupid here please lay out all possible options.

I recommend that these are disabled. Except in certain specific circumstances, these tend to cause more problems than they solve.

When i turn on the radio on ap2 when ap1 radio is on my ap blinks blue and reboots and reverts the change
That's quite odd...
When you turn on the radio in AP2, which AP blinks and reverts?
Does the same thing happen when AP1 is disabled?

i will change that now i will take both aps up with radio channels 36 and 149 both access point how does that sound?
I tried 24.10.5 and i had this same issue so i tried the snapshot
I would recommend installing 24.10.5 (the latest stable release) and allowing your devices to reset to defaults in the process (uncheck the "keep settings" checkbox or use the -n argument on the CLI).
Then, follow the bridged AP guide:
Make sure that your APs are set with different non-overlapping channels but otherwise using the same SSID, encryption type, and passphrase.
i did that and my router flint 2 began blinking blue i tried on 24.10.5
If you follow the bridged AP guide exactly and don't make any other changes, it should work without issue.
In your existing configs:
Why did you add the sta mode connection?
What about the multi path lines in the network file?
Enabling the radio on one device should not affect the other in any normal situation.
i will flash both with 24.10.5 and follow the brigded ap guide. I will get back to you again if i have a issue

Same thing happened ap1s radio is on aps 2 is on non overlapping channel 36 and 149 and when i enable the ssid in wirless tab it blinks blue on the router the reverts change etc
