Like i said it works now after installing these packages. The Seagate is also NTFS like my Western Digital Elements, which worked before installing these packages.

I upgraded from 4.3.8 to 4.4.3 (on a custom build that I compiled) and I've been having some issues: it all works fine on boot, but after 5/10 minutes I lose access to the outside world: my devices can still connect to the router, but no inbound or outbound traffic flows. The WAN is getting its connection with DHCPv4 through a DOCSIS 3.1 router set to bridge mode, if that's of any relevance.
I had to quickly downgrade to 4.3.8 (which had been rock solid for a month) as this is a production device, but before doing so I gave a quick glance to the logs and I didn't spot anything useful. Did anybody else run into a similar issue?

I don't face any issue restoring backup from 4.3.8 on 4.4.3, maybe dhcp magically activated on isp router?
I will give 4.4.3 another go tomorrow, in case I stumbled upon a very unfortunate coincidence due to temporary issues of my ISP during my testing. Nothing in the commit logs seems to be related to wan/dhcp.
any reason why you don't propose it to the luci project? Just curious.

The build is a piece of art ,is working very well, and I want to say thank you to @pesa1234 and all the contributors for the hard work , but it’s also difficult to keep the device up-to-date. I’m thinking of writing a bot that checks new builds on GitHub to keep my device updated.

I've had exact same issue with this particular image, the problem was very consistent.
Flashing previous version solved the problem immediately. Although in my particular case my Flint2 was never "rock solid" (long pings from time to time and daily loss of connectivity untill switch between my 2.4ghz and 5ghz SSID's) but the latest image seams to fall apart consistently within minutes

I dont know if it is in link with that but I added the wed option in the firewall tab from my own build, not from @pesa1234 repo and I got an error on LuCi firewall page, I can't use the save and apply button but only on firewall tab- general settings

Sorry for the delay at getting back to this - yeah, I can confirm it’s 4.4.3 causing the issue, I reflashed and the odd behaviour returned. Gonna stay on 4.3.8 for a while.

Ping been a problem for me as well on every release.
2ms, 2ms, 2ms then for no reason gets stuck on 200ms+
Only option is to restart the router which returns it to back to 2ms for a few days, until eventually ends up 200ms+ once again.
Even tried factory reset, reinstalled 2024-12-07_r28468-d0427a99f5_next-r4.4.3.mtk but the long latency always return eventually.
Both Wifi and Lan in my case are affected in my case.
