MPTCP with OpenWrt

Hello everyone
I need help, I'm looking to configure the mptcp on OpenWrt

I currently installed an OpenWrt on a D-Link DWR-921 C1
the problem now is that I dont find how to install the MPTCP package

On openwrt we talk about build image

  • clone the repo
  • load the feeds
  • make menuconfig

But i dont understand how, and i dont understand how to upload a image on my router ^^'
