Moving article from inbox/toh on wiki

Hi there @tmomas,

Could I get this device page moved from the inbox into normal toh device page?

Ie.

https://openwrt.org/inbox/toh/xiaomi/xiaomi_redmi_router_ac2100

To:

https://openwrt.org/toh/xiaomi/xiaomi_redmi_router_ac2100

I was meant to get this sorted before the commit got merged but oops. (It points to the latter URL...)
