Missing timezone in /usr/share/zoneinfo?

Running nginx, phpMyAdmin, and MariaDB on 21.02.5, If I set my timezone to America/Toronto phpMyAdmin returns a completely blank page

This caused headaches for quite some time until I set my timezone back to UTC (of all things to try)

So, whats the right way to fix this?

see if Time zone is not in effect applies

Ah yes that was it, duh! opkg install zoneinfo-northamerica
