i can't find mjpg-streamer package so i can't install it. where did it go?

It didn't "go" anywhere, but it currently fails to compile for 21.02 for all targets including yours:

I updated 21.03. how long does it takes do you think that the issue will be solve?
Until someone fixes the problem. That someone is not me, so it's pointless for me to guess.
