Missing config.seed files for 18.06.5 builds

I have noticed that there are no "config.seed" files for 18.06.5 builds on the official download server.
Is there a reason for this? Can these files be obtained somewhere else?

You can use config.seed 18.06.4 and edit

CONFIG_VERSION_REPO="http://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/18.06.5"
