Missing 2.4GHz radio on Linksys EA8500

Hello everybody
I just installed openwrt on my Linksys EA8500 and in the Wireless section only Qualcomm Atheros QCA9990 802.11ac/n radio0 is listed! There is no 2ghz radio1
i try openwrt-23.05.5 , openwrt-22.03.0-rc6 , openwrt-22.03.7

Try search button to reach device support thread.

Save your settings as a reference only
then erase the setting by the perform rest button
it should all come back
then reconfigure your router manly "not upload old broken settings"

I already try few times resting from luci app , without keeping settings, but nothing changed
Only 5GHz available
Is it make different with rest button on router?

Without keeping setting is an update firmware thing
it should be the same, but I have found it hit or miss
somehow I have had it find old setting from a previous upgrade
but really you need the current firmware to create the defaut settings
but the reset button should be the same as the perform reset button

Check dmesg for potential error messages or other clues, replacing ath10k-ct ath10k (both kmod and corresponding firmware files) might be a worthwile test as well.

Current main/HEAD is working fine on my ASRock g10 (similar device, same wireless chipset):

keep in mind that the 5 GHz might take up to 10 minutes to come (scanning for radars, etc.), so give a bit - also check and re-check that the country code (regdom) is correctly set for both radios and stick to the well-known channels (1/6/11). Also check the validity of your wireless configuration, if you want to be sure, re-do it from scratch (wifi down ; rm /etc/config/wireless ; wifi config and then use luci to configure it again).

Which version of ath10k should i use ? i try 9984 dosent work at all

root@OpenWrt:~# opkg list-installed | grep ath10
ath10k-board-qca99x0 - 20230804-1
ath10k-firmware-qca99x0-ct - 2020-11-08-1
kmod-ath10k-ct - 5.15.167+2022-05-13-f808496f-5

And i did what you saying
(wifi down ; rm /etc/config/wireless ; wifi config and then use luci to configure it again).
but still i just have 5ghz to config

The dmesg log is too long i cant send it in one message, i'll send in another post

Should be it.

Your dmesg paste doesn't appear to show (I'm on my phone, so I might lack overview) the second PCIe WLAN card at all, which is not great news...

Might be hardware damage, might be a source based regression. If ath10k doesn't improve the situation (it probably won't), my next approaches would be testing older- and newer OpenWrt images, maybe even the OEM firmware, to rule out hardware failure.
