MikroTik RouterBOARD 750Gr3 19.07.5 lockup, hangs

MikroTik RouterBOARD 750Gr3 19.07.5 hangs sometimes no internet, no ping no ssh
it was fine before on earlier version. Maybe related to HW SW offload options in firewall? duno if setting auto changed after update. Trying turn offload off for now.

Just as I was about to say this was a stable build on this HW, had the same happened after an uptime of ~6 days... I blamed my playing with a new app that was trying to cross the VLAN boundary and perhaps being misconfigured.

I don't have the HW / SW offload turned on, but use SQM Cake. Will watch the thread to see if anyone else experiences this

I'm also experiencing random hangs / reboot.
I'm running OpenWrt 19.07.7 r11306-c4a6851c72 / LuCI openwrt-19.07 branch git-21.044.30835-34e0d65
Also I've disabled hardware flow offloading (it was causing kernel panics).
I'm trying now to disable software flow offloading as well.
When the reboot happens I can't capture anything from the logs.
Grafana dashboard doesn't show any relevant metric that can help identifying the issue.

Same here. It usually happens every few days and then I need to do a power cycle. However I just did that and it froze again after maybe an hour this time.

Hardware flow offloading enabled. I'll try without and see what happens.

Did a search for this device on the forum to check for user experiences with it, I don't have one of these.

You people need to pinch those crashing time logs

SSH to the router and
logread -f

either that or setup network logging for convenience. it may take more than one try, a lot of times a device will freeze before having the chance to print the last log.

Also 21.02.0 was released last week, maybe it helps or not.

So I narrowed it down a little: the problem only occurs with hardware flow offloading enabled.

Next thing on the agenda (for later) is trying 21.02.0.

haha I typed the above yesterday evening. This morning: suddenly no internet? Seems like exactly the issue we described above. So: both hardware AND ALSO software offloading are showing the problem.

@kdulep I see in another thread that you upgraded to 21.01.0.
Is this issue still present when you use offloading?
