Mi Wifi Mini 1gbps mod?

I have a Mi Wifi Mini https://openwrt.org/toh/xiaomi/miwifi_mini
In the wiki it is mentioned that there is a 1gbps port in CPU port 6 is there a way to mod it to get a 1gbps lan added? it shows up in my 23.05.4 install of openwrt too

Chips driving ports are integrated on PCB, close to impossible to replace them without OEM schematics, cost will certainly exceed that of buying new router.
