Good morning,

don't, why would you ?

answer the question instead.

Yes the connection is configurated,

But the software doesn't view the modem board.

Please let me know as soon as possible.

Best Regards.

Giuffro79

you got the software from where ? the repo, or the thread ?

there's no SLA attached to the forum, you may receive an answer now, tomorrow, in a week, or never.

if you want answers yesterday, buy the premium support package.

I have download it from this site directly not from thread.

Regards,

Giuffro79.

your modem isn't listed as supported in https://github.com/4IceG/luci-app-3ginfo-lite, you might want to try the non-lite package instead.

@Leo-PL does the modem support list differ between the lite and heavy version of app-3g ?

I don't think so, because both use same backend and I see the router itself as supported. And I don't own any MF286R.

There may be different flavours of modem firmware on them, so maybe an ID needs adding. Maybe you need to ask the package author.

sorry, for some reason I thought it was you, I apologize.
@IceG could you provide guidance ?

I can try..

Hi @giuffro79,

  1. Install the current version of the package
  2. Remove the Modem Manager package if it is installed
  3. Show the result of the commands from the debug tab in 3ginfo-lite

It's not that hard to find

Modem from this router should be supported, unless:

  • You are not using MM
  • Manufacturer has not changed anything in the modem

Good morning I have find it thanks.

But doesn't work, is impossible to view the modem board.

What do you mean with "MM"

Regards.

Giuffro79.

MM = modem manager.
