What is it that you are trying to accomplish?
Mesh is already possible on OpenWrt -- 802.11s is well supported.

Many times people don't understand what mesh actually means and may not truly need it since the term "mesh" has become a popular marketing term and not always technically accurate.

So... what do you need?
