This is my config file for a Raspberry Pi 3B+

adapter driver bcm2835gpio
bcm2835gpio peripheral_base 0x3E000000
bcm2835gpio speed_coeffs 194938 48
#bcm2835gpio_jtag_nums 11 25 10 9
adapter gpio trst 7
adapter gpio tck 11
adapter gpio tms 25

What am I doing wrong?

Can confirm I got it working.
