You question is somewhat double. What do you mean by 'dump openwrt'?
If you want to install OpenWrt on your MR12 see also the MR16 install process (see also: https://openwrt.org/toh/meraki/mr12)

I guess you mean the mtd backups of OpenWrt on a Meraki MR12?
Like you asked before of a NBG6616?

As I don't have a mr12 I can't deliver you them, but if you have one why not make them yourself?
Install OpenWrt -as seen on mr16 page https://openwrt.org/toh/meraki/mr16- and backup the mtd's.

If your device is (already) bricked, you need ttl-serial to get into your device.
