still dont know how to use it for audio and video traffic control
That's the beauty of it, you don't. It takes care of it automatically. It should prioritize the things you want it to.

That's the old way of going about things. Try SQM and if it doesn't work for you there are solutions/tools like qosmate or qosify just to name a pair
do you know how to verify if my voice traffic and audio traffic is working ..?
You can look at the information from the qdisc you use and ofcourse your own experience using it. Especially with voice and video you will notice reduced bandwidth, drops, etc immediately.
