[ mailsend ] Not Compiled with OpenSSL - OpenWrt SNAPSHOT

Hi,
I know that the issue has been reported, but nothing has happened in that thread for a long time.
I thought I'd refresh the issue on forum so that more people will see it and maybe it will get fixed faster.

Ive reported dozens of issues, one was addressed, even when you try to fix them 9 out of 10 gets turned down with the same pointless chatter. Thats life...

## 📦 Package Details **Maintainer:** @thess **Description:** As describe…d in #28261 Not compiled with OpenSSL, the SSL variant of the mailsend package is not actually being compiled with OpenSSL. This is due to an upstream configure check borrowed from an ancient version of BIND, which no longer works. As a workaround we add `-DHAVE_OPENSSL=1` to the `TARGET_CFLAGS` when building the SSL variant.
