Did you by any chance updated any packages ?
Start by posting ubus call system board.

it worked. then i installed this packeges - liblz4-1
after that i have this error

installed and i try to delete this packege - libopenssl3, but it didn't work
A reset will probably get you back where you were...
how can i do it? by console or with reset button on router?

If you're able to ssh into the device without issues now, you can use this command to reset (no need for entering failsafe mode):
firstboot -y && reboot
Deep link wasn't going to failsafe

Maybe @remittor can shed some light?
opkg remove cozymenu
or
/etc/init.d/cozymenu stop
