Target: Meraki MX60
After successfully installing the nightly of 4/2 I installed luci using opkg.
This went all successful but when connecting to the web app, the browser returns the web server folder contents:
Index of /
../
modified: Sun, 05 Feb 2017 14:50:16 GMT
directory - 0.51 kbyte
luci-static/
modified: Sun, 05 Feb 2017 15:02:45 GMT
directory - 0.30 kbyte
Anyone seen this before and know how to fix this?

Did you ever solve this? Or can someone else shed some light on what's causing this? I'm also hitting this issue when compiling from source, I can see that for some reason opkg won't install the entire package, it always seems to omit cgi-bin and index.html without outputting any errors. I'm using extroot, space is not an issue for me.
EDIT: Ok, so obviously the problem here was the http transfer, the download was cut short without opkg saying anything and just installing what it could download.
