Currently, the Luci interface will not allow any time based rules to be turned on or off. If they are on (set via CLI) they work, If any are changed to off, all are turned off and can only be turned on again via cli.
Is there a bug report I can file, somewhere? The system works, it just cannot be manipulated vie the Luci UI.
