Edit any existing DDNS configuration which has been working. In the Advance Settings tab, change the IP address source [IPv4] to network from the existing url option. Select the required interface and apply the settings.
Always get to see a pop up informing "There are no changes to apply" when attempted to change the IP address source from url to network in "Advance Settings"
