i try to reboot and again same i cant uninstall becouse its wrong installed

What device do you have?
Do you have access to console? If you can ssh to the device what is the output of:
"df -h" (without quotes). My guess is that there is not enough space left on the device.

TL-WR941N v5, as mentioned in the subject.
