You have installed a snapshot image. Read the link for instructions how to install Luci, which is not installed by default in snapshots.

How is the device connected to the network? Is it directly connected to your interent connection, or is it a secondary device acting as an AP or other?

What version did were you running before the upgrade? Did you keep settings? Was there a reason you installed snapshot instead of the stable release 21.02.1?

Please copy the output of the following commands and post it here using the "Preformatted text </> " button:
grafik
Remember to redact passwords, MAC addresses and any public IP addresses you may have:

cat /etc/config/network
cat /etc/config/firewall

Thanks@psherman,
Requested output is below
OpenWRT is an AP connected to upstream router

I'm not sure what was exact ver of the previous snapshot.

D-Link DIR 2660 was not flashing with stable release.

I kept the setting while upgrading

I'm trying to find offline installation of luci as i cannot get package through ssh.

I'd recommend installing the latest stable release build from the firmware selector.

Download the sysupgrade image to your computer and then copy it (via scp) from your computer to your router (copy to location /tmp/ on the router).

Then issue the following command:
sysupgrade -n /tmp/<firmware filename>

the -n argument will not keep settings, so your device will be set to defaults when the flash completes.

Assuming that you handle this as a dumb ap (connected to the main router via Lan port), you have forgotten to provide the DNS and gateway address in the Lan interface config.

I had noticed that, too. But the fact that the OP had upgraded from an unknown version and kept settings leads me to believe that the best option is to reset to defaults (and might as well run the latest stable release anyway). This is because we don't know if the previous version was DSA or swconfig, but clearly the current version is DSA.

But @mushtash - you can try following the advice of @hnyman -- it may get you back to functional for downloading and installing packages. You may still have lingering issues (including the possibility of needing to upgrade to a new snapshot anyway since the snapshots and packages are a moving target), which is why I suggested a clean system upgrade.

Thanks to all.
Router is up and running normally.
I forgot to mention, with all latest releases supporting D-link DIR 2660 why there is no USB network share support.
I had manually install packages and samba, which take lots of space.
Is there any smaller packages to support USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 for windows based network sharing

This is normal and expected behavior.

"In particular, any manually installed software packages you may have installed after the initial OpenWrt installation have to be reinstalled after an OpenWrt upgrade. That way everything will match, e.g. the updated Linux kernel and any installed kernel modules."

Unless you build your own images (using the image builder, online image builder, or using the attended sysupgrade system), you will have to reinstall your packages.

any guide on proper installing of USB packages, i mean list of packages that would support USB NTFS,FAT file systems on windows network sharing.
I don't want to install unnecessary packages as test which works for network sharing.

https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/services/nas/samba_configuration (this is slightly out of date, samba4 is current in 21.02).
