Lost my Qotom Q355G4 power adapter

I lost the power adapter to my Q355G4 router. I would like to purchase a replacement from a supplier in the US to reduce shipping cost and most importantly time.

If anyone knows the specs for a replacement adapter please reply. A photo of the original would be useful.

Need to test out the new 21.02 release
